An effective Sales Intern has excellent problem-solving skills, knows how to use their resources, works well on a team, takes initiative, and is very detail orientated. In this role, you will be responsible for working with new and existing customers by:

– Making outbound business to business calls to leads, referrals, inbound requests, and/or past customers

– Making outbound business to business appointment setting calls

– Demonstrating our products to potential customers

– Maintaining accurate documentation of the calls and contacts that are made

-Help distribute marketing materials

-Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)

-Promote our products and brand to our partnered companies

-Call on potential customers to gather on document feedback. This helps enhance our products and services

Sales Consultant - Location: Toledo, OH

Job Summary:

The Sales Consultant will sell and provide guidance about products needed by customers in the appropriate target markets.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

β€’ Develops and maintains relationships with potential and existing clients.

β€’ Identifies and locates new clients through a variety of methods including networking and cold calls.

β€’ Applies knowledge of the field and product features to match products to the needs of clients.

β€’ Answers inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large.

β€’ Explains and demonstrates features of products using varying methods of communication.

β€’ Collaborates with other departments, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that training for new customer is scheduled.

β€’ Cross sells other SaaS products as appropriate.

β€’ Remains informed about competing SaaS products to assure ability to overcome objections.

β€’ Creates and maintains database of current and potential customers in CMS.

β€’ Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

β€’ Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

β€’ Thorough understanding of software products to be sold.

β€’ Organized with attention to detail.

β€’ Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

β€’ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

 

Education and Experience:

β€’ Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or working toward) preferred.

 

Physical Requirements:

β€’ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

β€’ Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

β€’ Travel to meet with clients or potential clients will be required on occasion.

Ed Schmidt School of Professional Sales at University of Toledo

The CEO of Double AΒ Solutions had the opportunity to be a guest speaker in a sales class at the University of Toledo. He talked to the class about Sales Enablement and had the opportunity to talk and answer questions about a CRM platform, Blitz Sales Software. The class was getting ready to start a section on CRM and how importantΒ they are for a sales team to be successful so Archie just emphasized how importantΒ having a clean CRM is.

Double A Solutions Annual Holiday Party

The Double A Solutions team takes pride in getting all of the team together here in Toledo a couple of times a year. We do have multiple employees that do work remote. This gives them the opportunity to work in the office with the Toledo team for a couple of days while they are in town. We love to build teamΒ chemistry in our staff across each of our products. Not only built team chemistry but also allow our new members of the team to get to meet our remote staff.
